Live-in care can be appropriate for a range of needs. Whether it is to care for a chronic or complex illness, or if you or a loved one can no longer live alone unsupported. If living with dementia for instance, live-in care can be preferable since it aids familiarity as opposed to moving into a care home which can be a disorientating experience. For others with physical difficulties, such as Multiple Sclerosis or Motor Neuron Disease, it may be easier to remain at home with a set routine.
